MEMC was established to bring together decades of practical engineering experience with a forward-looking approach to infrastructure development. The firm draws on extensive experience gained across public infrastructure, consultancy, construction supervision and engineering management, providing a strong foundation for delivering practical solutions to contemporary engineering challenges.

MEMC is founded on more than three decades of professional engineering experience spanning infrastructure development, structural and civil engineering, construction supervision, project management and engineering management. This experience provides the firm with a strong practical understanding of the technical, contractual and management challenges that shape successful projects.
Founder & Managing Director
Eng. Benson Kioko Muange brings more than 35 years of professional engineering experience spanning civil and structural engineering, infrastructure development, construction supervision, project management and engineering management.
His career includes service in government, consulting practice and major infrastructure organisations, providing MEMC with a strong foundation in both technical delivery and institutional project management.
